40 000 tonnes de graines de colza à Montoir-de-Bretagne

Each year, no less than 40,000 tonnes of rapeseed are received then stored on our bulk logistics site of La Barillais in Montoir-de-Bretagne until the harvest of the following year.

New rates and optimisation

Today, fields are cleared more and more quickly. Our “grasshopper” machine allows us to respond to these new delivery rates and improve our working conditions.

But that’s not all! This tool also allows us to optimise storage space height-wise by positioning the product above the ventilation ducts at 10 to 12 °C, the ideal temperature for conservation over a full year. Then the seeds are delivered for processing into oil in the crushing plants.
